Description Rusgate T3-NO-SF Turnstile tripod

Turnkey solution with integrated readers (combined NFC+EM+MF), controller and standalone memory for 4000 users.  The readers are combined with colour-coded passageway indicators. An optional memory module with up to 4000 events can be purchased. The turnstile is configured via Android app via a secure Wi-Fi channel.  The control panel is a mobile app.  High throughput capacity - 30 people per minute.

Introduction.Purpose
Turnstile is designed to control the flow of people at checkpoints. Number of turnstiles to ensure quick and convenient passage shall be determined based on the calculation of the turnstile throughput capacity. It is recommended to install one turnstile per 500 people working in one shift, or on the basis of peak load of 30 people per minute. In terms of resistance to climatic factors, turnstile corresponds to exploitation indoors, with artificial regulation of climatic conditions.  Turnstiles may be operated at an ambient temperature of +1 to +40 °C and a relative humidity of 80% at 25 degrees (without condensation). 

The following turnstile models are available:

• T3-NO-SF – fail safe single-leg tripod turnstile;

• T3-NO-BF – fail safe enlarged double-leg tripod turnstile;
  

• T3-NO-W – fail safe wall-mounted tripod turnstile;
  

Turnstiles can be of various designs:

• without built-in readers (tripod turnstile – v.1, counter turnstile – v.1.1);

• with built-in readers (autonomous module – v.2, autonomous checkpoint v.2.1 etc.).
  

Turnstiles with readers in the basic configuration support EM Marine (EM) or Mifare 1K (MF) standard cards subject to customer approval. Turnstiles can be equipped with additional functions (including universal or specialized readers, fingerprint or barcode scanners, sensors for unauthorized passage, etc.) according to the customer's technical requirements. Turnstiles correspond to safety requirements and the harmlessness, stated in the Directive 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility (Appendix II, Module A). Stated set of environmental conditions – B (according standard IEC 61000-6-1). For fulfillment of safety requirements and the harmlessness, in above-mentioned Directives, following international standards have been applied: EN 61000-6-1:2007, IEC 61000-6-1:2016; EN 61000-6 3:2007/A1:2011/AC:2012, IEC 61000-6-3:2011.

Warranty Obligations
Warranty period of the product's operation is 24 months from the date of sale by the manufacturer, provided that the consumer complies with all the instructions given in the Operating Manual (posted on the manufacturer's website), and not more than 24 months from the date of product manufacture indicated in the datasheet and on the product label, In case the date of sale is not provided. Date of sale is indicated in the product datasheet. Warranty conditions provide for the free replacement of parts, assemblies, units, etc., in which a manufacturing defect is detected. Warranty is provided if the product owner complies with the maintenance requirements in accordance with the Operating manual. Warranty conditions do not provide for transportation costs and the visit of the specialist to the place of product operation with the purpose of its connection, adjustment, repair or relevant consulting.
Post-warranty services are provided at the rates set by the service center. In case of non-warranty repairs, the warranty period for replaced parts and assemblies is 3 months and is calculated from the day the non-faulty product is sent to the buyer. All claims regarding the quantity, scope of supply and appearance defects of the delivered goods shall be accepted by the manufacturer in writing, not later than 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. In case of non-observance of the above period, claims to the delivered goods on the listed grounds will not be accepted.

Service center has the right to refuse warranty repair in the following cases:

• if there are defects that appeared as a result of violation by the consumer of the instructions set forth in the Operating manual;

• if the product is not used for its intended purpose;
  

• if there are signs that the user has changed the product design;
  

• if there is mechanical damage resulting from exposure to fire, impact or accident, etc.;
  

• if there is mechanical damage resulting from the product operation in excess of the limits of use and load characteristics declared by the manufacturer;
  

• if there is electrical damage to the product components and parts obtained as a result of power surges, incorrect connections, incorrect selection of the power cable;
  

• if there is electrical and other damage to the product components and parts associated with the ingress of water and other liquids;
  

• if there is damage resulting from vital activity of small animals and insects;
  

• if there are signs of self-repair outside an authorized service center, as well as defects resulting from the use of non-original spare parts;
  

• if there are malfunctions resulting from normal wear or the end of the service life of product components (consumables, fuses, and other similar components).
  

Storage, Marking, Packaging
Turnstile included in the scope of supply is packed in a protective film and a box of corrugated reboard, which protects it from damage during storage and handling, according to the information signs on the package. Turnstiles can be stored indoors at an ambient temperature of +1 to +50 °C and a relative humidity of 98% at 25 °C without moisture condensation.

After transporting or storing the turnstile at low temperatures or high humidity, the turnstile shall be kept indoors under normal climatic conditions without the original packaging for not less than 12 hours before commissioning. For transportation, it is necessary to additionally use transport containers depending on the transportation conditions and distance. Minimum recommendations include the use of palletizing on a Euro pallet with stretch film wrapping to protect against moisture and fixation from dynamic movements. Stacking shall be performed according to information labels on the packaging. It is recommended to use pallet collar packaging as the main transport type of packaging.

Turnstile in the original consumer packaging has:
