We ship from our warehouse based in Tallinn (Estonia, EU) on orders to all EU countries and Worldwide.
Delivery Cost
The Delivery costs are indicated once you have entered your shipping address in the basket section of your order. The Shipping costs depend on the number and weight of the packages, as well as the country to which they are to be sent.
Additional Notes: Some destinations, such as Switzerland and Norway, impose customs charges which you will need to pay. These charges will be charged to and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
- Pickup from store: Visit our store for personal order collection.
- Smartpost: Convenient sending and receiving of parcels through Smartpost parcel terminals.
- Omniva parcel machine: Retrieve your orders through Omniva's automated parcel terminals.
- Standard courier delivery: Parcel shipment by DPD or TNT.
Delivery to Most European Countries
We deliver goods across Europe, covering 25 countries. These include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- Standart deliveries DPD or TNT: The average delivery times are 2-7 business days within Europe, depending on the method chosen when placing the order.
- Packeta Home: Orders will be delivered to the destination in Europe within 3–14 working days, depending on the destination.
- Express deliveries UPS: Delivery during the day within 2-3 business days to almost all European business centres.

If the parcel has already left our warehouse by the time we process your request, we suggest that you reject the parcel when the courier contacts you for delivery. If the package has been delivered, we will help you arrange a return but you will need to cover the delivery cost for returning an unwanted product.
