How do I pay? Methods of payment
You can pay for your order comfortable and safe using one of the methods: On the basis of an invoice, VISA credit card, Mastercard credit card or PayPal. Just go to "My Purchases" in your account on our website, select your order and click VISA credit card, Mastercard credit card or PayPal button.

Once your full payment has been received we will send you an email and we will process your order. You should keep in mind that a bank transfer will take some days.
Can I use my EU VAT number? EU VAT number
When delivering to countries in the EU (outside Estonia) and your company is a VAT-payer registered in any EU country, except Estonia republic, VAT can be removed (0% VAT) if a valid EU VAT number is supplied at the time of order. To check your VAT nuber and current status, please visit this link: VIES VAT number validation. If the shipping destination is not an EU member state, VAT will not be charged on any order.
Please upload VAT certificate or business license. In case of payment with PayPal or by credit card without verification of registration documents, the order can be delivered only to the company’s registered address, that is stated in VIES database
Product Availability
How can I check if a product is in stock?
"In Stock" - represents goods that are available to be ordered from our website. We works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible.
"Product is currently out of stock and unavailable" - represents goods which are not currently available for the shipment, but many of them still can be ordered. Please contact our support and ask about articlae availability. We will answer you ASAP.
Delivery information
We ship on orders all EU countries and Worldwide. You can track parcels with the tracking code. We send you the tracking code after we have shipped your order. Shipping costs will be calculated once you've entered your shipping address. The main services we use are UPS, DPD, Dimex and DHL.
Order Tracking
View a list of the items you ordered and the delivery status. You can get it by logging into your account here and then by going to 'My Orders'
Returns
EU customers have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from their contract with us and return the goods for any reason. Following authorisation of the return, goods must be back in our possession within a further 14 calendar days. This is a cooling off period which entitles you to inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop.
If goods are sent back to us outside of this period, or are received in a poor condition where there is physical damage to the product, or items are missing from the packaging. Then we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to your return, which will be dependent on the condition of the product. The costs and risks of returning products, including a withdrawal return, are at your expense.
Returns under warranty
All our articles carry a two year minimal warranty. If an item proves to be faulty within these two years of purchase, simply return it to us and we will replace it or Repairs. You need to pay only for the shipping of the faulty item, we will pay for the shipping back to you (Please note: accidental damage is not included).
Privacy Policy
Megateh.eu store will use the information presented by you primarily for the fulfilling of purchase orders and shall not disclose the information about you, discovered in the course of making purchases, to any third parties, unless in cases prescribed in the valid law. Client data can be used in direct marketing only with the consent of the Buyer; such consent shall be granted by stating a personal contact address upon subscribing to the newsletter or upon filling in the form for registering as a client.
