Sonoff SNZB-05P Zigbee Water Leak Sensor with Extension Cable

The Sonoff SNZB-05P is a compact Zigbee 3.0 water leak and flood sensor that detects even 0.5mm of water. It sends instant alerts via the eWeLink app and supports local Zigbee automation for voice alarms (compatible with Sonoff Zigbee hubs).
  • Dual detection modes – detects standing water (downward) and dripping water (upward).
  • 2m extension cable – expandable for wide-area monitoring (e.g., basements, sinks).
  • Long battery life – powered by a CR2477 battery (up to 5 years, not included).
  • IP67 waterproof & dustproof, gold-plated probes for corrosion resistance.
  • Smart home integration – works with Sonoff Zigbee hubs, SmartThings, Home Assistant (via ZHA/Zigbee2MQTT).

Fast Zigbee pairing, low power consumption, and real-time alerts via app, email, and SMS (with eWeLink Advanced plan).
