Dahua ASI1201E-D is a weatherproof standalone RFID reader with a keypad, equipped with a touchscreen keypad and an LCD screen. It provides access to premises using a card, password, or a combination of both

The integrated reader can scan EM standard (125 kHz) cards from a distance of 3 to 6 centimeters. The device can store information about up to 30,000 cards and up to 150,000 messages in its 16 MB memory. Data processing is handled by a 32-bit processor, and device management can be done either directly through the keypad or remotely via network using CMS software.

Users can be categorized into main, VIP, guest, blacklist, or groups. The device supports up to 128 groups, each of which can have schedules, validity periods, and holidays assigned. This data can be utilized for managing office schedules, configured using RTC.
